Brad is a Hunter Valley local who has extensive experience in all aspects of Open Cut Mine mobile plant structural repairs. His experience spreads across draglines, excavator’s, trucks and rope shovels together with his widespread knowledge of general fabrication.

Brad and his co-owner Andrew, have worked hard to build our business from the ground up since 2011 and our success is underpinned by his passion for providing a very high standard to his customers including maintaining a clear focus on the safety and wellbeing of his employees.

Brad has been in his role at MMS since 2014, he has vast operational experience in various settings with a very keen eye for detail. He has matured to take on a far broader responsibility, with people and financials taking up much of his current focus.

Brad believes that everyone must be treated with respect and that every MMS employee plays a vital role in the success of the business.

Brian has been repairing buckets, trays, booms, and sticks for well over 2 decades in a workshop environment. His experience spreads across multiple sites and has been a mainstay at MMS since 2016.

Brian’s success is underpinned by his project management skills and his customer relationship
accomplishments. He has a passion to keep his employees safe and his customers satisfied.

Beau has been with the business since its inception, he started as a trades assistant before taking on his current Safety Coordinator role. He has settled into the role and has a major focus on maintaining our current safety systems whilst always looking to engage with, and coach our employees on safe work practices so it remains engrained in everything we do.

Beau has a firm belief in following and continuously improving your processes and that every
employee deserves to go home unharmed to their family each and every day.

Ben is currently one of our mobile plant supervisors who has a portfolio of customers that keeps him quite active. He has a wealth of experience in all facets of boilermaking both in the field and the workshop. He works closely with his customers to ensure they receive everything they have requested to exceed the quality and standards expected.

Ben is well received and respected by his team and works hard to ensure that his plans are
completed each day. He has a commitment to safety that is unwavering and understands that
everyone has a stake in the process.

Scott has been with MMS since 2012 and has successfully worked in various roles throughout our business. Scott’s been a leader for both our field and workshop teams and his current role shows his versatility as our fixed plant Supervisor. He also has years of experience in mobile plant management and repairs and completed a stint as the fabrication estimator.

Scott works closely with his team to ensure they exceed his customer’s expectations. He believes safety and quality go hand in hand and has a passion to get the little things right.
